Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Antigua Acupuncture & Apothecary
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. In order to provide the best care to all clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another client.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a pre-payment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we are unable to accommodate you, it will be considered a cancellation, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. If time allows, we may still offer a shortened session, but the full session fee will apply.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds: Refunds are not offered for missed appointments, late cancellations, or late arrivals.
